Alternatives to car travel Jalon Mobility Awards

Spatial Design Hub assisted Momentum Transport Consultancy in Canada to apply for an award recognizing innovative approaches to develop sustainable mobility and smart mobility projects.

We wanted to showcase how data can be analyzed and illustrated to provide evidence-based recommendations for implementing alternatives to car travel and promote cycling, walking and public transportation.

The maps produced were to illustrate the data collected by the City of Montreal on car travel to and from the city center and the gas emissions that could be saved by implementing car-free measures.
